Difficulty in choosing Master's program after completing graduation

This thing is getting worst day by day to choose a course once you complete your bachelor's program. Perhaps, it is because students like me always struggle to get a good job after graduation. So, they start aiming for masters that they will get a job once, they will start their masters degree. Really can't figure out reason behind this mysters!! Need to think about it :p really badly
